Sheldon D. Goldstein
has taught at the college
level for over 30 years in undergraduate and
MBA programs.  He teaches courses in Statistics,
Quality Management, Corporate Finance, Negotiation Skills, and Quantitative Methods.

In industry, he was the general manager for a manufacturer of temperature- and humidity-
controlled capital goods as well as the general manager for a service, financing, and
equipment installer of commercial boilers.

As a consultant, Goldstein conducts surveys for companies on customer and employee
satisfaction, and he designs programs to measure performance, train employees on
methods to achieve superior results, improve profits, and increase customer
satisfaction and productivity.

He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the City College of New
York, a master’s in mechanical engineering from MIT, and an MBA in Finance from
Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of
Indiana, Ohio, New York, and New Jersey, an ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor and Six
Sigma Green Belt, and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers,
and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers. He
is a senior member of ASQ and a member of the Board of Examiners for the 2009
Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
